I'm sure this has been asked once or twice but can anyone help me... I am trying to find someone who can build an HPA bolt action sniper rifle... Or if anyone can give any advice on how-to build one that would be much appreciated...

Done forget the mancraft sdik for most well known spring bolt actions.

These days you can easily tap m700 mags with adapters, as long as you can get the valve out with a tool.
