I'm a noob sniper looking to get a good gun

This is my first post on the sniper forums, so please let me know what I can do to make my self a better poster.

I've got a P.O.S. UTG shadow ops sniper, and I'm looking to get a real gun. I've heard allot of good things about Tokyo Maurie, Classic army and Maruzen, which is your favorite brand?
what are the pros and cons of each brand?
do you have a suggestion brands?

I'm also looking to keep it under 200$
but it looks as if thats not going to happen

For that budget, looks like you'll be getting a stock TM, or a used/abused gun. Occasionally, you'll luck out like I did, and get a nice used gun with a minor problem from someone who found out sniping is not for them, and buy it for a steal.

From what I understand, the Shadow Ops is not that bad of a gun, and is considered by some to be the best 'cheap' sniper rifle out there. I'm sure there are a number of successful snipers out there using the gun...

I would suggest reading up on any of the guns you are interested in, this forum has great specialized info on them...
