finding it hard to find the right barrel I had a mad bull 6.01mm barrel and that was shockingly bad, I then changed to a modify 6.01 hybrid barrel and the accuracy is just as bad I have tried it with aa hop up rubber and I have a aa hop up chamber.

I really don't know what to do as a barrel to go into my well mb03 is hard to find 509mm I tried to find a maple leaf barrel but I can't find anywhere that sells them.

any recommendations on barrels please post links?

also could it be the bbs as it is a 4 inch spread at 25 metres?

inner barrel is only 10% of accuracy. The shooter makes a 50%. And the other 40% is mostly hop bucking, chamber, nub/arm, power consistency, good ammunition, and a million other factors.

Modify and Madbull are decent barrels. Not the best, but decent. I'm fairly certain the inner barrel is not really your problem.

Barrel vibration doesn't really affect snipers as the bb has already left the barrel before the piston slams into the head. More of a consideration for AEG's. As long as it has a solid hold in the chamber and the end of the outer barrel, that's good enough. Any further barrel spacers are just to 'make-sure' and maybe to reduce noise if the barrel does vibrate, imo.

Geoff's are fantastic bbs, I highly recommend them.

I would look at ensuring you have a VSR compatible barrel, keep your AA chamber and try a Maple Leaf bucking and nub. You should see improved results.

That would depend on a number of factors, piston mass, spring power, cylinder length and barrel length, not to mention bb weight and more, but less important variables.

Taking the shooter out of the equation, I'd say 40% of accuracy is bb quality, 30% is hopup, 10% barrel, 10% power consistency and 10% can be had in other factors. Give or take.

And then there's of course bb mass and muzzle energy having an influence as well, but they depend more on where you live and what you're allowed to use rather than what choices you make in your build. You're always going to use the highest fps output allowed and the heaviest bb's you can still work with at that fps.
