Is there any possible way to disable a new member from making their first post anywhere besides the New Members section?

There have been too many posts, especially recently, where someone says, "Make an introductory post first."

No, there's really no way to do that, and I personally see it as only causing problems anyway. I can see the tons of email everyday now.. "It wont let me post". lmao
