The only thing that I find really annoying about this forum, more than the "which gun" threads, is the search function. Is there any way that someone can fix it to accept a search of less than 4 characters?

It just makes things difficult if someone wants to do a search for L96 comparisons and you can't enter L96, and so you get everything that matches "comparison" or "review" or if you want to search for ex. G&G M14, it won't even do the search since none of the "words" are over 4 characters.

Sorry, a bit of a rant there, but I think that if it would be possible to do this, it would really cut down on the "which gun" questions and also make searching the forum much easier in general, rather than having to do a Google domain search just to look through the forums.

Unfortunately, as far as I know this is a proboards thing, thus out of our control.

Ditto what dutton said. Until they fix it, all you can do is just search through the thread until you find it. :/

Is it really that hard to go through and read every post in the forum?

Just messing, but I agree, it is a pain.

Actually... its not that bad... since our forum tends to move at a snails pace.
