It's not even the trademarks, nor the naming of the guns. A good many companies either have their own trademarks now, or will remove them for the US market and well as have their own naming system. It is all about money now. Cybergun is going after companies that make replicas for guns they have the licensing for for intellectual infringement of the design.

The most notable lawsuits as of late have been from Glock and HK to companies producing replicas of them.

And thats why we like replicas. I wouldn't mind it so much if Cybergun add value to any of this but they don't. They just bully other members of the market place and jack the prices up. They have been doing this for at least a decade.
