jg BAR-10 Question about hop-up chamber

I know BAR-10 is supposed to be a 100% clone of the VSR , but does anybody know or have any idea if i can put this

on a JG BAR-10 ?

I mostly want it because of the Hop-up Chamber from TM and a tight bore sounds nice , and im very curious because i haven't heard about someone buying that for their jg Bar-10 on any forum , and seems like the best option to me.
