So I want to get this, but I am having a hard time finding long enough VSR inner barrels for my G&G G96. Would a Madbull V2 650mm 6.03 barrel work. My friend has one in his KJW M700, I don't remember if he had to mod it to work.

The Madbul is AEG barrel and the King Arms hop up needs VSR cut barrel.
You could modify an AEG barrel but you'd have to be very precise.
The KA kit comes with a black cylindrical piece, that's an extension so you can use a 554mm vsr cut barrel.

Which hop-up system is better for tanaka m24/m700 ?

Original Tanaka´s or conversion kit to VSR?

The VSR conversion is far better!!
You'll also need a 555mm inner barrel for the conversion and a VSR bucking, I highly recommend the 9ball purple bucking(hard).

Ok that is why, because VSR is better. And I see there is even more after market accessories. So if I have a chance to get VSR kit for Tanaka, I should take one, right?

Yes so far the best(and more expensive) is King Arms but I can't comment on the other kits as I haven't seen one yet.

Oh and if you haven't change the hop up housing (part 91) you'll probably have as it will be broken soon enough!

Best gun is just an improvement to the stock hop up.
My old AICS had the KA VSR and my current uses the BG hop up, I didn't manage to do a comparison test between the 2.

Well don't know about the G&G but I used that particular barrel in my old Tanaka AICS, it's a very nice barrel.

Unfortunately I don't have a VSR conversion kit.
It had the right size as it was supporting perfectly a 555 mm inner barrel.
