I am currently running a Palmers CO2 rig ON the stock of my KJW M700, meaning it is externally fitted via a rail and scope rings. I would really like it if i could get it in the stock, that way I know that the regulator is protected. My issue is that my gauge is too big to fit in the stock not matter how I push it in. It just will not go. What gauge size, or gauge, do you guys recommend I use to fix this? Also, the butt pad to the stock will not stay on by its own. How do I get it to stay while gaming?

To solve the gauge problem, bear in mind that you don't necessarily need to use the gauge port on your regulator. Setting it anywhere after the regulator (either in your mags, or in a coupler) would do.

To keep the butt pad in place you could use some electric tape to make it a tighter fit.

true... very true. thanks! What would i use to cover up the gauge port? or that even necessary?
