L96 forward Thermal Scope Mount?

I was curious if anyone knew where I could get one of these mounts as well as the adapter.

Either I'm useless at Google search or there simply is no such thing on the market currently.

Has anyone tried to mount a real steel mount like this onto the M700?

Well ASGI has a scope mount that extends until the stock ends on top of the rail. Not sure if its what your looking for, but it looks cool!
