I was curious if anyone knew where I could get one of these mounts as well as the adapter.

and

Either I'm useless at Google search or there simply is no such thing on the market currently.

Has anyone tried to mount a real steel mount like this onto the M700?

Avalon makes a MARS rail specifically for the M700.

I'm really more curious about that forward mount thats in the first picture.

I did find this.

But it wouldn't look the same. I'll just have to keep my eyes open for one I guess.
