Welcome to the forum, please make an intro post in the appropriate section as well as working on the grammar and punctuation.

Thanks!
I don't think an intro is the most necessary thing for this guy considering he only wants to make a paper sniper rifle.

If you are making it out of paper does accuracy really matter that much. I am sure with a bit of googling you could get the dimensions of the real thing.

Also why not use a toy sniper rifle. I'm sure you could get one.

Does it have to be a l96? Cause I'd just say to buy a surplus rifle from WWII and deactivate it... or buy a deactivated rifle. Or are guns totally not allowed in your country?

When you pull it back it lets a bullet into the receiver (The green part) and when you push the bolt handle back into the receiver it pushes the bullet into the barrel waiting to be fired by the engagement of the firing pin.

EDIT: Dammit sorry for double posting. I always do that.

To be fair he said that airsoft guns and toy guns weren't allowed... to know whether a papier mache model counts as a toy we would have to know a bit more about the country and what the law actualy states.

Dannwaylon do you mind my asking what country you're from?

That and then him saying he isn't going to follow the rules just because he isn't going to be here long..... Crappy attitude along with illegal build...not going there. If airsoft guns and toy guns are illegal, then in my mind real rifles would be illegal as well, so then even making a paper rifle would be breaking the law.
