Just to add a little information to this thread.

Boots & Ankles = Mud. Cake it on. Terrible clean up but it's one of the most effective methods short of using burlap perma-attached.

For Tying On Vegetation = Non-Waxed dental floss.

Also; size is never a problem unless you make it such.
