Normally no issues now. I can't see the vid for some reason. Probably my computer but if it is the spring guide issue, that no longer exits. It should be fine.
The AA trigger is pretty much just a plug in and play trigger.

Basically in the video you had to do a bunch of filing in different areas to get the AA trigger to fit in the Bar-10. The spring guide stopper was also getting stuck with the trigger.

The video is from 2016. The person posting noted they did not have the same problems previously installing a laylax trigger set 10 years ago.

Maybe the solution is to upgrade the stock cylinder with a AA cylinder? Or just use a AA spring guide with the piston?

Quote from a review of the AA Trigger set

"I installed this on an otherwise I modified Tokyo Marui vsr10 gspec with the action army spring guide and m150 spring. There were three immediate and unacceptable issues.
1) the box is too tight and does not allow the seat to return properly after the first shot. I had to shim the inside of the box with .1mm shims for it to function.
2) the spring guide stopper was too wide to properly fit through the cylinder channel to retain the spring guide, this required hand filin and fitting
3) the sear was too wide to consistently fit through the cylinder channel to retain the piston, also requiring fling and fitting.

For $150 I expect something that fits and functions without excessive filing grinding and fitting. The materials seem quality at first, but are also already showing signs of excessive wear and I've only been able to use it on the field once due to this trigger causing near constant failure of my rifle.
I consider this part to have been a very poor choice for my build, and will not repeat that mistake."

That is what I thought it may be. I have installed a number of the AA triggers in the last year and they have all been fine. The issue has been fixed from what I can tell.
If for some reason you do have the issue, what I does was to simply make the slot in the cylinder slightly wider with a Dremel/file. It is pretty easy. But I am pretty sure you will not have the issue.

You are right, no problem with the new one. I assume the extra screws in the picture below are spare screws for the trigger box. I bought a spare spring set too.

I don't think they are from the trigger box. They look like they are from the AA hopup chamber on the sides where on the end where the barrel fits into.

Oh no! Did I forget to put a part in?:yup: Is like the Ikea furniture where you have parts left over.:yup:

I distinctly remember putting in the screws for the hop up. I watched a video about how the hop ups from a few years ago only had one screw and now have 3.
I thought they came with the trigger set, but maybe they are spares for the hop up.
