Glad I found your forum, I have been going through the forums and there is a ton of fantastic information here, and I can't wait to start putting it to good use.
A little about myself. I have been airsofting for over 10 years now and been playing around with sniper rifles for about 8. My first SR was a TM Gspec that for a long time I kept stock because of how quiet it was and I liked trying to sneak up on people. Eventually I started upgrading and it got the full laylax once over and was shooting at a respectable 500 fps out to about 280 ish feet. Pretty good for back in 2007. Since then I have built 3 more VSR platforms, either starting with a TM or JG base, all kind of doing different things, as well as a type 96 platform. About a year or so ago I sold everything thought I was done with Airsoft. I should have known better. I'm back in it now and am awaiting shipment on a CSI (JG) Gspec with a barrel and bucking to start. This will be my ultimate VSR build, incorporating everything I have learned over the years as well as including a bunch of stuff I never had the time, money, or opportunity to try on my older rifles.
Honestly I probably won't post a ton as most questions I had have already been answered in great fashion. Maybe when everything is together I will make a build thread.
