I did it !!! As much as I like the Kuba the more I looked at the more I wanted to take it to the next level.

This evening I built a brand new valve system unlike anything currently around for airsoft guns.

Guys, I have no way yo express on here how excited I am about this. It has only one moving part, uses very low pressure, has a dump chamber, uses one very small solenoid, Very low noise signature and Very consistent.

I was running around like I had just invented the Flux Capacitor, Muttering things and bumping into stuff. My family was laughing and I was grinning.

Pics to follow

Not to toot your horn, but thats pretty crazy. You should market and mass produce this, you could be rich... and then you could help out your old friends on this forum :shot:

At the risk of sounding like a complete idiot, what rifle platfprm dies it currently fit, or did you make it for a custom gun? You should totall market this stuff. I'm telling you, you'd be rich.

This sounds amazing but I seriously have no idea what any of it does. I'm just extremely jelious that I don't know how to build any of these things, what it does or anything of the such. But anyways congrats on the invention man! Although I don't know what it does. Guess I got to wait for them pictures huh?

Would it be cheap to produce and sell?

Just be carefull with your designs Builder! before you know it, someone will copy it and you'll miss all the profits...

(Example: Modify with the Siegetek Dual Sector Gear)
You are quite right. There are a couple of factors in my corner. I have a quite obvious progression in my designs if it went to court. One of my best friends is an intellectual property attorney. As simple as it is in function it is not easy to make. There are a couple of parts that have internal O-ring grooves and the hole they go in is only .25"

Great work, man! A lot has happened within this community involving the design and concept of airsoft guns since you came. ;)

Milo, You are too generous.

Guys, I am so excited and want to share all the details but this is so big I have talked to my buddy and he suggested I keep the details under my hat.

I will be happy to share general info all I can. I can tell you it will eat up a Pstar. One of the reasons is the air to fire the BB does NOT pass through the solenoid to fire.

I am looking at a price point of $200 for a conversion kit that will include all the components that go in the gun. The firing system is assembled and ready to go in the gear box. It is a semi only system but a board could be added. In semi can can cycle at 20rps.

Mine is running in a V3 GB but I can build them for other gear boxes as well.

I am keeping this in house, I have no interest in selling the design. I plan to build a couple per week if the demand gets to that point.

If you guys want to ask questions I will answer any that I can.

That's a smart move. You're going with the coke method; forget about patents, just don't let the secret out lol.

Once you sell a few units though, you can't prevent them from opening up the thing and seeing how it works.

At the risk of sounding like an idiot... I will ask the following:

Is this only an AEG type gear box replacement or is it something that could be implemented in to a bolt action design? If it could, would it be benificial over a gas through mag type set up?

Is it going to require a tank/hose set up? (Can't think of the name right now, sort of brain dead at the moment).

also "it will eat up a pstar"... In which way are you refering to? Efficiency, consistancy, size, noise level, speed?

I will, more than likely, be one of the people to purchase this... Just waiting on a little bit more of info.

I appreciate your hard work and effort in making this game even better.
