Hi all,
I wanted to see if anyone could help me in finding a new gas sniper rifle. Im pretty new to airsoft sniping and would appreciate some help. All that I really want on a sniper is for it to be gas and a reasonable price, for example I don't want somthing from redwolf airsoft that is extremely over priced for what your getting. Thanks a lot, any help or posts are welcome!

Could you give us some more parameters? How much money do you have to spend? Will you convert it to HPA? Do you like the L96 or the M700 look?

Best option is to get a KJW M700 (avoid the takedown version) and follow this guide.

thanks for responding, I am willing to spend anywhere up to about $350 and I like both the L96 and M700 look. I don't really care what the external is, just how well the gun preforms.

If your not comfortable upgrading, don't get a gas gun. It will never perform without upgrades.
The KJW M700 is the way to go for gas rifles and comes in at around $200, leaving you with $150 in upgrades. That should be just enough to get your a good HPA setup. Follow the guide in my sig

With current discounts, the KJW M700 is ~150usd at Evike, ~145 at Airsplat (if you dare) You still have enough budget for a decent inner barrel, hop up bucking, and the co2 rig. Just follow bobcat's guide and it will be a great gun.

I've heard great things about the KJW M700. While I don't use the gun myself, I've heard it's a solid gun with plenty of upgrades after-market. I know airsoft gi has a nice looking AAC-21 conversion kit for it, too. Maybe an upgrade down the line?
