Looking for Scope Recommendations

How long and heavy is that 3-9x UTG scope? I have a china made M3 and its so heavy, basically doubles the weight of my SL8. I'm looking for a lighter weight, shorter scope.

I can't find real Leapers/UTG in Hong Kong.

It's a full size scope, so around 11" without the sunshade. It doesn't weigh that much. Sunshade adds 2.5" to the length.

It was a joke, as in the body of the scope is green

NO just the lens, it lets out very little light which you only turn on when you are looking through the scope. It is not very noticeable.

If I had a battery for it I would post pics.

Are there any short 3-9x Scopes out there with a 40mm objective lens? I think the Bugbuster(??) comes fairly close)

I have that too. It's such a sexy scope. Too bad it really does look big on the L96. I'm thinking of getting a 40.

Oh it will look beautiful on the L96.

I love big ass 50mm scopes on L96, they look sexy.

Anyone know if it is possible to retrofit open turrets onto a scope without them?

Thanks! That's great and exactly how I would have done it if I had thought of using a pot.

I ended up getting a hold of the Leapers 3-9x 50 mm rubberized stealth scope. It also has mil-dots and adjustable illumination. If you keep the illumination down at the low settings no one will be able to see it other than the shooter looking through the scope. If you turn it up to a higher setting though, the light does reflect back onto your face and out the opposite end, and is able to be seen by your target if they are looking around. Beyond that the illumination is all positive and no negative because I can now see the cross hairs clearly even at night.

P.S. The larger scope looks flat out sexy on the L96.
