I normaly go with lower PSI due to larger adjustment window. Allso lower air consumption. Let's say on my assult upper (~300mm barrel) I go to arround 90PSI, that gives me max 1.7J and adjust it down to 1,5J (field limit). Allso you can disable active detection to give you an even larger adjustment window (close the valve before the plunger is at its max position).
On a side note, do you notice any accuracy diference going from open bolt to closed bolt?
