I've got my gun set up pretty nicely now. Thank you to everyone and their good advice/suggestions!

I had the opportunity to hold an L96 this weekend. I like my gun fine but I prefer the feel of the thumbhole stock. Are there any CA M24-compatible thumbhole stocks out there?

Yes, I know I could buy a stock and mod it or I could have one made. I'm looking for already-existing keyhole stocks.

The APS aftermarket thumbhole stocks should fit, though they're very hard to come by these days.

Agreed, the Carrot Orca stock should fit. I think the only thing that you might have a problem with is the bolts that hold the barrel and stock together, they might be in different places. Either way, with a small amount of modification this stock should fit.
