Now I know that this is not the most liked arisoft sniper on the market btu I bought it as a project gun. I've sense looked at many new springs with no results and I have also added a tightbore and am looking at getting a new scope and so on so on. so if anyone can tell me a spring that will work in an M324 that is above 420 fps then could someone tell me.

thanks

You mean the ASP2 springs(not trying to sound like a jerk). yeah I got a spring upgrade and I'm trying to cut down the length but it isn't going to good. I'm looking for I guess a medium sized spring.

How are you going to get the spring inside of the rifle?? I thought that rifle had a sealed cylinder?

I do know that there are a few places out there that you can get a new cylinder set and all of that good stuff.

Someone just posted that link today, they apparently have replacement parts for the M324S.....none of which I knew existed. Though, I've gotta say that I like my rifle as-is, with the db 6.01/teflon mod....for close-range sniping, it's still a great gun. My gun isn't accurate enough at long range IMO, even with the tightbore/teflon mod. Might need to try some .30's in there, since I think I've only ever used .28s max. Or, I still gotta break the barrel in more, since it's only got about 2000-2500 rounds though it.... I will have to get another scope for the gun and start using it again in woodland, it's got a great bolt pull and it's very quiet....though the M700 is almost silent

Yeah I have that same rifle back home, at my parents house. Haven't shot that in such a long time. I mainly use that one for a loaner for people that want to do the sniper role. Many people have used it and none of them have gotten a sniper rifle

UTG 324 was my first sniper rifle and was ok in 2006 with dbc 6.01 tight bore and teflon mode. It shoot 375fps with .25 bb and was very accurate. Then more and more people started upgrading their AEGs and stock guns became 380-400 fps. I realized that my Echo-1 G36C has same accuracy and range. M324 was dismissed from games and used for fun and target practice. UTG released Gen3 to market with 400 fps but I wasn't going to buy same gun twice. This year I bought and installed Gen.3 upgrade but kept my tightbore and installed 6.04 inner barrel from upgrade kit on Mk12. I used M324 in last game and now its power is 385fps with .27g . Cosmetically I painted it and drilled stock to instal real steel M14 5 rounds magazine to position where real magazine should be on Steyr SSG PIIK, you can see pics on "SNIPER RIFLE CAMOUFLAGE" post. It's possible to make good airsoft sniper rifle almost from anything, but you will have to understand how it is working and replace internals (8)) to make it more accurate. - ROF doesn't matter if your enemy can't see you, if you kill every shot and have spotter with full auto or secured perimeter. 8)
