Actually if you can get a Dboys or Bravo PDW GB you can run selector switches on both sides.To make it work you will need the complete GB case,selector switches with gears,and special selector plate.The Dboys version is pretty descent,it even has 7mm bushings.

I like to use a break line tubing cutter when cutting down barrels,but a dremel will work.Just get yourself a metal cutting disc and have at it.Just make sure you cut it straight.For crowning,use a hard cone shaped grinding wheel on your dremel at low speed.Applying oil while grinding the crown will save your stone,and keep you from burning up the barrel.
