Ehh, not a huge fan. It's like combinations between the '96 stock and the VSR stock, from what I can see, and while I like both stocks individually, this one isnt doing alot for me. Sorry :-/

Fortress announces that their VSR10 to M40A3 conversion stock is available. It does look very convincing and 32.800 Yen (208.36 EUR) is not too steep. There are some minor inaccuracies due to VSR 10's configuration.

I haven't been able to do much research on this; senior year is ending and I've got tons of things I need to get done. Anyways, just by looking at the barrel, it appears as though a CA M24 would be attachable, however, I can't tell where the magwell on that gun is from the picture. The hardest thing to do would be 1) if the magwell is in a different place than I CA M24 - drill a new mag well or 2) if the magwell is in the correct place - modify the magwell to accept CA Mags.
I've heard that there only selling in Japan and not shipping them out, so if thats true then you would need a guy in Japan to buy it then ship it to you, very long process. But all in all its a fairly nice stock, I might get one for my second VSR since my first one has the Smokey's stock on it.
Just to let everyone know, these stocks are now available for the US. They're $360, which isn't too bad of a price, it would be a lot more cost effective to use one of the clone rifles in this.
I would love to build this as my rifle, most likely sometime next year.

Agreed with Oakey on this one. However for how expensive it is, unless your wallet is fatter than mine (More than likely, everyone's here is). Then I wouldn't get it. Simply because if I'm spending $300 some dollars on a stock, I'd better see some fake diamonds in the stock or maybe some real gold plated trigger or just something stupid that if Airsoft were to die out, I could hit up a pawn shop and get about half of it back.
The main reason I would buy this stock, is because the stock that comes with the VSR is shit. With high powered upgrades, even if done right, it will feel as if the gun is going to explode in your hands. A good example is what happened to Livonia's gun, it basically exploded.
I've heard that this stock is as close as to the real thing you're going to get, and even with a nice spread of upgrades, plus a clone gun that you can throw into this chassis, it will cost you about the price of an upgraded M24 of APS, so really it is a good price, especially for what you're getting.
