sadly the mars does not come with a new co2 adapter. the only one that mancraft sells is the separate one. But i think i know what is wrong with your adapter your seal on top is leaking and the gas from the co2 is heading towards the bottom. i think if you get a new set of seals for the adapter from their website your problem should be fixed.
