Hmm, I have a TM VSR-10 laying around with a shattered cylinder, what would be needed to get your SDiK working with it? I really wanna try it!
The kit includes everything that goes inside the cylinder except for the cylinder itself. So if yours is broken you'll have to get another one.

PS: I have a one new VSR SDiK lying around. Bought it less than a month ago, didn't get to use it yet and now I'm thinking of selling it cause I'll probably be leaving airsoft for some time.
PM me if you're interested.

Why so secret. Though I'm am not from the states I would like to know
if you ship there as I might need some services if I go there.
No secrets, just didn't want to go off-topic and clutter the thread with useless posts.
As for your question, it really doesn't make much of a difference for me what destination address to write at the post office, so assuming that you cover the shipping cost I can ship wherever you want actually.

I'm not sure if this will help but try using it with a stock cylinder. AFAIK they were designed to be used with stock gun parts so maybe it's just to big for teflon cylinder? On the other hand the cylinders should be the same size so I really don't think this should solve the problem.

That's bad news. I've just looked at mine and it looks the same as yours so it's probably all of them. I wonder how he tested it with this kind of cylinder head...
Hope you'll solve this issue and get yours working.

Mine is also for VSR.
I haven't tested it out yet cause I haven't gotten the rifle but it looks the same as pics above so I guess it has the same problem.

Pain_is_Red, about your problem with the kit. This idea just popped into my head, thought I'd share it with you. Have you thought about taking a few mm out of the cylinder itself? It should be much easier than to remove excess material from the inside of the cylinder head cap without use of machinery tools and may solve the problem.
The bad thing is you probably won't be able to use this cylinder with standard parts anymore.

BuMS, so you're using some standard cylinder head with mancraft kit? How did you mod it to make it work with the kit? Have you checked the performance yet?

I was considering that to be honest but I like the ability to swap out the mancraft kit for spring parts should something fail during a game.

I sent Mancraft some diagrams as to what I need done and Michal is going to get back to me, so, fingers crossed basically.

If the problem still persists I'll probably just end up shaving off 1mm off the cylinder. It's a last resort, because if it doesn't work I'm down an $80 cylinder as well.
Keep us posted.
BTW, what cylinder are you having problems with? Is it PDI?

I cut a little groove into the rear end of the conversion kit which the hose can then feed past. (This should have been done at the factory).
Can you post some photos of your adjustment? Someone might want to do the same with their kit.

Guys, who's using regulators made by mancraft, how do they perform? I'm thinking of getting one for myself but I wonder if it's any good compared to the old-relaible palmers reg or other stuff that's been around. Wouldn't want to buy this one and then realize that I should've gone with palmers in the first place.
I've actually had one made by mancraft and it looked sound enough but I've never gotten to try it out as I've sold it with my SDiK

No semi-auto here. Only BASR, only hardcore :)
I'm deciding on a setup for my KJW M700 and was hoping to save some money.

Think I'm going to try one myself - can't afford to buy palmers right now, and the price for mancraft makes me want to try them.

So that adaptor just screws into the Mancraft regulator?
incidentally My gauge on my regulator died today. Now I can try to find a PSI guage that fits...
Yep, just screws into reg, like any other adapter for that matter. I think the quality of the double-threaded thing (well, it's the adapter itself, right?) that connects the case for 12g bulbs to the reg is what really matters.

How did your gauge die? Did you do something you're not supposed to or the gauge itself is poorly made?
