Hello for all of you!
Finally we got here.

Small introduce:

Mancraft - a small company in Poland (Mancraft) founded by two graduates of Wroclaw University of Technology.
We are producing airsoft parts -mostly for airsoft sniper rifles. We are working hard on conversion kit for AEG. That will be available in coming months.

The company was founded around 2012.
At first we started producing sniper kits for SVD rifles. Next was L96 and VSR standard (for almost all brands and types). In 2013 we decided to start our own regulators line: „normal" and „with manometer". They have infinitely variable pressure from zero to 15bar.
We are also producing our own CO2 cartridges for 12g co2 capsules.

For now our main product is - SDiK. It's Sniper Drop in Kit - a set of components which allows converting a spring rifle into gas-powered rifle. It is cheap and very effective method to upgrade.

The entire structure was designed from the ground up - as evidenced by the patent issued. The whole is based on a simple and effective system of gas supply that is reliable and durable.

With proper construction and materials, the mechanism does not burden other components of a gun - they may be standard (e.g., the trigger assembly, cylinder etc). Rifle can be reloaded with one finger - overcharging is very smooth.

By using an appropriate regulator it is possible to obtain very stable (+ /-3fps), satisfactory fps.

Using Mancraft regulator provides to continuous adjustment velocity from zero to maximum for the replica (depending on the length of the inner barrel).
Installation of conversion is simple. Usually does not require any modifications.

Test results for 12g CO2 cartridge:
Rifle: L96 with Prometheus 550mm barrel.
Temperature: 15*C

SDiK can be 100% used during the winter. Low temperatures are not problem.

Example values for L96 (Mb-08 Well rifle), 590mm length Edgi barrel, modified hop up chamber:

As always: We do not prefer such high results, but negligible scattering and very easy to reload - this is what we were looking for.

Briefly about the upcoming conversion PDiK and EPDiK:

PDiK - semi-auto conversion kit for AEG rifles. No electronics, no batteries - just pneumatics.

EPDiK - full-auto/burst/semi-auto - fully configurable conversion kit on solenoid.

Both of them will be matching to V2 replicas in first. Next will be all other types of gearboxes: for Ak, P90, M249 etc.

V2 version: Fully modular, adjustable, semi-auto conversion kit. You will be able to quick exchange your body (put conversion kit in other replica) with unscrewing any screw. Stock, Pistol grip, magazine lock - they all will be with the replica all the time. More information soon.

Please follow us on: Mancraft or www.facebook.com/mancraftpl

As I follow that forum, I saw, some persons have that already ;).

I have one question for now: what I must to do, to get my own thread in "The Rifles" named "Mancraft? :D That should be helpfull for all of us ^^.

So for those that have this for your vsr platforms, are you able to run the line in the stock so you can fit the regulator and a co2 cartridge in the stock so everything is self contained?

Yes it will go to the stock.
I have a Mancraft kit that I can sell for US$200 including freight. (cost me about US$260.00). Very near new.
This includes the kit, regulator and CO2 adaptor.
I have done one little adjustment to stop the hose from getting damaged. I cut a little groove into the rear end of the conversion kit which the hose can then feed past. (This should have been done at the factory).
If anyone is keen then let me know. Cheers

Can you post some photos of your adjustment? Someone might want to do the same with their kit.

My FN SPR is FINALLY up and running! The new cylinder head is a perfect fit.

Yes. You can use their standard CO2 regulator, however, their regulator w/ attached manometer required milling down the sides of the big ring located in the middle of the regulator (where the manometer is located). Michal had the milling done for me.

I actually had to cut some of the line as their was a great deal of excess to ensure that it will not only fit but have extra in case you want to store it externally (to an extent)
Do you carry SDiK for the KA SVD?
BTW, forgot to mention... THIS IS ABSOLUTELY, AMAZINGLY, WONDERFULLY BRILLIANT

Can you post a pic of what was milled?

When I order do I just say "mill the regulator so it will fit in the stock?

Does he charge anything extra for this?

Just trying to see if it's something I can do myself or just have him do it.
Another question, I know it's hard to answer, but what's the average shot count before performance starts to drop for the system say running 115 psi with a 12g co2 cartridge? Obviously there are a lot of factors that determine this, but just trying to get a rough estimate?
Do you carry the SDiK for the King Arms SVD?
So do you guys have results for this yet. Someone said it was amazing but I need number like how many shot before psi goes down and such.
Also Interested in this ^^.. bump...

My experiences with the Mancraft SDiK

I got the Mancraft SDiK recently, and I finally got to chrono it. Here are the results:

Test gun is a Marui VSR-10, with an unmodified Mancraft SDiK HPA-conversion. All the parts except for a SHS 70-degree bucking are stock. I also installed a ER-hop and a "M-nub" made out of excess 70d sorbo I had. The barrel is made out of aluminum and it's 430mm long. The inner diameter is 6,08. The regulator used is the Mancraft one with a manometer, the air line is the one that comes with the kit (4mm) and there is one QD-fitting between the reg and the SDiK. The line is currently too long(1m), shortening it will probably increase velocity and decrease variation between shots. BB's used were GG 0,20g bio, TG 0,32g and Rockets platinum 0,43g. I used a Xcortech X3200 chronograph.

The reported output pressure of the regulator is somewhat inaccurate, because the manometer has a scale of 0-27 bar. I think the uncertainty for pressure is around ±0,5bar because of this. The recommended pressure for the SDiK is 0-15 bar. The highest pressure I used was 18 bars, but this is really unneccesary. It seems that the SDiK leaks a bit with approx. 15+ bars, which is audiable if the gun is cocked.

The stock marui bucking leaked a lot with higher pressure, I don't recommed using it. The SHS bucking seats very firmly against the cylinder head.

The variotion between shots is approx ±1m/s between shots, which is still too much for my taste. I intent to open the cylinder and locate where it's leaking.

Air consumption is approx 1-1,5psi/shot using a 0,8l tank.

The gun was actually very loud at first without a silencer. After I made a silencer for it and stuffed the body with foam it's seems to be quite silent. I think it could be modified to be dead silent, but it requires better equipment than what I have.

I'm going to buy a longer and tighter barrel for this and test again. I'm thinking about getting a 650mm 6.03. steel one from taiwangun.

I will do an LRB and try to find the leak before I post any data on range, accuracy etc.

Oh, and for those of you worrying, I ordered my kit 30.11 and I had no issues with the cylinderhead being too long.

Also, regulators output pressure seems to be somewhat proportional to kinetic energy of the bb.

Does anyone know if the VFC M40A3 is compatible with the SDiK, or if Mancraft have any plan to produce an M40A3-compatible SDiK?

Not much people have the VFC M40. Then out of those people a small amount would want to convert theirs. I don't see Mancraft making A PROFIT.
If the SDiK is for the vsr then it should work for the VFC m40 if the loading nozzle can be swapped out without affecting the system. The cylinder, piston, spring, spring guide, and trigger sears (potentially the whole trigger mech if you cut the little "T" shaped bit off the bottom of the trigger housing)

The only difference from what I can tell is the loading nozzle and the hop up unit. If I ever take my hop up apart I will be able to tell you for sure on the bucking and barrel cut.

Mancraft make a kit specifically for the KA Blaser R93, and I've literally never seen one of those in person, so they're clearly capable of making kits for unpopular guns. I'm guessing that as long as the base gun is VSR-compatible - which the VFC M40 is - the SDiK will need only minor modification to fit.

If the SDiK is for the vsr then it should work for the VFC m40
I'd love to see some in-depth reviews of the VFC M40A3. I find it bizarre that people go to the considerable trouble of repairing snapped Fortress stocks or even make their own stocks from scratch because they love the M40A3 so much, and yet when VFC produces a reasonably affordable ready-built model, nobody wants to buy it.

It is honestly a pretty solid base gun. The quality is better then my Tokyo Marui VSR was stock for stock. The design isn't bad either. I have a review up on this forum. I just have not had a lot of time to work on the in depth stuff. The only real problem with the factory VFC m40 is the cylinder is poop. You can replace it with the VSR cylinder though so it's not a big deal breaker in my opinion.

I agree with you though. It surprises me that people will do a stock swap on a car before giving the m40 a shot. You just can't make a VSR look as good without extensive modification and custom parts. All that just is not as cost effective as buying a VFC and doing a couple of basic mods.

I dont have any experience with the HPA systems.
So If i wanted to get this kit for my BAR10 what would I need ?

The conversion kit obviously, regulator with or without manometer, I would like to run it of co2 cartridges so I would need a co2 adapter. Is that it ? Do I need fittings, hose ?
I'm curious as to whether or not you could potentially modify the upcoming Polarstar F1 engine into the SDiK kit.

Imagine the joule creep.
