Does anyone know the sizes for the mancraft silencing seal kit and how to install them?

Installation on the 2 minute mark, thats for the volume reducer, for silencing the metallic sound when the cilinder contacts the cilinder head, its just an O ring that fits snugly:

Its not one of those fancy digital ones but it will give you a good idea, the material its just a silicone hard tube (above: inches, below: cm).
