~~Complete cylinder (Cylinder, Cocking handle, Spring, Spring Guide, Piston and Piston Head)

All off of UNcompany.

My question too all of you is...

What's next to upgrade? I've heard get a PDI hop-up.
All help is VERY VERY Appreciated!

This is what I had put on page 2 for those wondering where the new info is:

Well guy's My rifle was never upgraded.
I stuck with my parts and my rifle was consistent at 540-550 for a while.
Now, It's getting down to 490, So I feel it's time to upgrade. What I want is more accuracy and FPS.

What do you guy's recommend for that? And I'm also looking for a silencer for the Rifle. I wouldl ike to stay with American bound sites. Thank you guy's for all the help. Hopefully I can get this thing working perfectly.

I also would like to know, what tight bore you guy's recommend?

Reinforced/Steel Bolt Handle
Reinforced/Steel Zero Trigger
PDI Hop up OR Laylax Aerochamber

The Aerochambers are harder to find. Alot of websites say they have them on the site but ive called in a few times and they dont actually have them.

Im about to buy a new PDI hop-up that was released not that long ago. I an older one and its great but I got a crossthreaded hole for one of my adjusters so might aswell buy a new one.

Get a PSS2 Aero Chamber, a Reinforced Bolt Handle, a 6.01 DB Custom Tightbore, and anything else you feel nessicary. Maybe a silencer and a bi-pod for some finess. But that's about it.

PDI Hop Ups, in my experience, are very unstable, and because they have a lot more parts in them, are more prone to having problems, and as a sniper, the less problems you have to worry about, the better.

So no matter how far you have to look, scan forums, or browse websites, go for the PSS2 Aerochamber, and other upgrades mentioned.

I disagree with that. Although PDI chambers have more parts, in my personal experience, they are far more reliable and consistent. Also, they less prone to breaking in the back, where the nozzle enters through, which is common in the Aero chambers.

I agree with Dutton, I'll try to find the site I saw this on, but I saw pictures of that exact thing happening. The thread was titled something like "I should've bought PDI" or "Why you should buy a PDI".

Either way, I also reccommend the PDI chamber. Once you get it dialed you won't believe how well it performs. For a Maruzen, I agree with others that an upgraded trigger should be installed. It doesn't even hve to be a zero trigger, just so long as it's reinforced in some way. The Guarder reinforced and PDI V triggers both aren't necessarily 'zero' triggers but I'm sure they'd do a great job anyway.

If you could:

Can anyone give me links to all the stuff I need. I've done as much research as I can. But, I think I'll find the wrong stuff lol :)

Here's a picture of what commonly happens to the Aero chambers.

Devil, if you go to www.uncompany.com you should be able to find all the parts, just search APS, and you'll get 4 pages of items. I have pictures from there posted below (wouldn't let me hot-link for you.) It's an overseas retailers, but I can guarantee you that it'll be hard, if not damn near impossible to find most of those items at a US retailer.

Well, from me hanging around Mirage (Maruzen APS L96 W/ PDI Hop Up), Tex (Maruzen APS2 SV W/ PDI Hop Up), and Livonia (Maruzen APS L96 W/ PDI Hop Up), running as their spotters for well over 24 hours each one (Well, maybe not Tex...), but just seeing how every single time I roll with them I help track the bb's flight pre-game when they set it, and once we're in the field, it's not long before it's jacked up, and the allen wrench comes out, or a new compensation on the fly is nessicary.

However, with me owning my PSS2 Aero Chamber on my old Maruzen, I noticed that never once did I have to reset the hop up, except if I changed weights of bb.

I think what I'm going to end up doing is first buying the PDI chamber, And then down the road get an AERO chamber jsut to test both out. Now the hard part is intalling all these!
I've played my fair share of years. But any internal thing i touch i gurrante fuck it up!

Thanks a TON Mosin,Dutton,Roman and Embed!
I hope I'll have a decent rilfe with all those parts one day.

Hi Devil, I ve made exactly you did. I bought a maruzen type96 in Uncompany with plan upgrade, but I bought at same time:

Zero trriger
PDI 6,01 barrell inner
BARRELL SAPACERS (laylax or pdi) nobody has said about it,but its necesary if you get it to reach 540fps more or less
hop up PDI,no doubt
250%laylax spring

Which range can you reach with this, 200-300ft?

Double hit there Evilfish. Your grammar and spelling is horrid and you just posted in a thread not two months old, but one year and two months old.

I strongly advise you read the rules of this board before making your next post here.
