modded out Classic Army m15a4 as Sniper rifle

I am thinking about trading my UTG L96 for a modded out CA M15A4. I was wondering, can I use a M15A4 effectively as a sniper with modifications? what modifications should I do to make it work as a sniper? Any help would be appreciated.

If you could obtain some of the part's in the gun then you could get an actual idea from some people on whether the gun will shoot homeruns all day long or stink so bad it will knock June bugs off a Sh!t wagon.
