Motor & Gears combo

Can't find anything that speak about combos beetwen motor and gears for a certain type of build so: Where and when to use the following combos?:

High torque motor with High torque gears
High torque motor with High speed gears
High speed motor with High speed gears
High Speed motor with High torque gears

1) to pull stiff springs (M150 and stronger), high energy builds;
2) trigger response builds and overall the best combination for our 1J limit;
3) use this if you want to kill a battery in 5 minutes or you need a hand warmer;
4) a cheap and bad attempt at 2 that will end up like 3.

I was quite indecise about these 3 motors:

Tornado f1 gen 2 high torque 45K
Obelisk hulk geg 17k
Ultra high torque motor src ?k

Which one do you think is better?
By the way if you want you can suggest others silent and that not become hot fast
