Well without a sling it may be a touch difficult to adequately attach it to yourself. I suggest looking into a universal Velcro type holster, but I don't know how well that will work if you wanted to keep it loaded as the magazine may not fit with the gun while holstered.

I use the ranger style h harness. And also I snipe with an l96 so it's a pretty big gun and I find anything but a two point inconvenient.

If need be yes. But some bipods are uncomfortable folded up on your back... But you have to find what works best for you. If I know I'm going to be playing a lot of cqb I might set the rifle down, or leave it at home. No matter what once I find a good position I like to hold it down.

At the end of the day it comes down to preference... But I can't see my UTG shadow ops on a one point. It's too big. I'm 6'1'' and I know my rifle would be all in my feet.
