My barebones sniping loadout

I ran this last sunday at an op. My m24's spring settled so much that I now don't have a med. The only thing really missing from this loadout is my pistol although I didn't run it at all that sunday and did fine. Not having to worry about a MED is great. I blend in really well with my squad as well so people expose themselves a lot more when they don't notice I'm toting a sniper.

That red shemagh is a alpha squad thing. I don't actually wear it in game.

Just waiting on money to finish upgrading the thing and pick up optics and bipod to keep it close to what the real steel would have. I should be getting a G3 mag soon as well so I can make a fake mag out of it and put it in the right location.

It's light but I've run lighter. Nothing but speedos, goggles and a blow dart tube (modded to fire bb's)
For camo I covered myself in the mud. I was a true hunter that day.

In all seriousness, yes, it's a quick loadout.
I like how you decided to use Multicam, It blends good In wooded area's or more open stubble fields.
Nice set up!

Nice! A battle belt, a rifle and your camo clothes. Perfectly light set up.
I just added a ghillie gun wrap to my kit.
Going to go back and paint it eventually. This will suffice in the mean time though. I'll just have to add more veg to the gun.

...quite possiblly a stupid question...but why yellow tape?
The only color electrical tape I had at the time. It holds down the mass of slack I have after tightening the harness and belt.

I'll hopefully be reposting the belt in detail in the near future with my fobus drop leg. Just wish i had a full length glock (airsoft) for the pictures as it is much more of a head turner then my px4. I do have a real steel g17, but that is a different story. I refuse to mix airsoft and rs.

Just finished painting my m24 the other day. The paint survived play after 8hrs of curing. There are only rub marks on the bottom of the hand grip and the bottom of the trigger guard so I'm happy. I'll probably throw another clear coat on the rifle tomorrow just to solidify things further. I'm really happy how it turned out as this is my first paint job. The only thing I wish I had more of was different veg. I bought plastic veg so it could be re used but all they had was a fern and some other sort of grass which didn't work to well.

The ghillie wrap will be going back on in the near future once I add different colored jute to the mix and add attachments for veg.

Looking good. For your ghillie wrap did you use elastic fabric to hold the jute on or did you use something else? I used some elastic fabric strips for my wrap and what I do is I just stick the veg under the strips. No need for places to hold on veg. If you do need places to old it on, use hairbands or rubber bands if you have nothing else.
The jute is loosely tied to the netting. The reason being if it gets caught on a briar while playing itll just pull off instead of getting caught in the burlap
Nice paint job! I do my rifle wraps similarly to that golden, and it works great! I like holding the wrap on with rubber bands best, since if you tie it with jute it will eventually slide
I prefer rubber bands too but I need to get some nice sized ones in order to hold the wrap well. I know celery and certain lettuces come with nice sized ones but I don't eat celery or lettuce all that much for it to be a viable solution.
I'm sure you can buy some bands online and just store them in the fridge.
