Just make sure to get a molle vest not a crossdraw.

Honestly, just get a battle belt, and H-harness to go with it.

Here is a link to the H harness, and the battle belt is attached to it in the pictures. It is what I would use if I was in your situation.

I'm sure it does. It has a belt in it, but you just need to find a spot to access that.
