Hello all, somebody wanted me to post a picture of my M40A3 up here. It has a real McMillan tactical A4 stock, all pdi except for the spring, spring guide, barrel, and rail. the scope is a KA 3.5-9x40 M3, and the trigger is a noobies M-trigger.
I am wanting to convert this to an A5, and as you can see, it's halfway there.

I know that I need to get the pdi muzzle brake.

And I also need to get the king arms railed cap

But does anybody know where I can get the nightvision rail that goes at the front of the stock?

You can find them online, but expect to pay close to $500 just for that rail. Would be easier to make one.

You could always just use a universal rail segment and JB weld it into place.

Almost all PDI and with an M-Trig...very nice! And you have a real McMillan stock which is so awesome!

@Mayhem, it's a VSR base because he's using a Noobie's custom M-trigger.

Wow! I thought my email woul notify me of responses, but i guess not... Thanks woogie! And to answer questions, the a-4 stock was $400, the spacer system was $116, the cheekrest was $116, the 7 flushmount base cups were $78 (together), and the machine screw sling stud was $7.50. Thats a total of $717.50. And the base gun that was used for this was a jg bar-10, but everything except for the piece behind the bolt hande has been replaced. So im not sure what else to call it but an M40A3.

Woah, how much have you spent on everything on that gun then? The PDI parts would've costed a small fortune!

I added all of the pdi parts together, it came out to $657.

The list of parts is: masume 6.01 inner barrel, pdi hop up unit (old style), pdi bull barrel base, pdi bull barrel (pro), pdi bull barrel cap, pdi hard cylinder kit, 500 fps spring, pdi receiver, noobies m-trigger, mcmillan stock, airsoft gi engineer rail (short), m24 handle (from a snow wolf m28, sometimes i put in my old bolt handle as well.) polar star spring guide, king arms scope, and 30mm real steel scope rings from gander mountain. And the fake mag is an m14 mag.

Does the fake mag house a real mag in its shell, or is it there solely for the looks of this picture?
