My Socom gear r700 is different form the rest. Mine doesn't have a pin to tap or drill out on the cylinder. It is all just one solid piece. Can they be separated? Has anyone else had this problem?

Ok, I would show you pics but I'm not computer savy and I can't seem to find a way to crop down the pics. I have fixed the problem though, the cylinder head was lock tighted and you have to use EXTREME force to get it out or you can melt it with a hairdryer or torch(This is what I did). But after I had taken it out I found that I melted part of my piston in the process so I had to buy a new one. I bought a Polar Star piston along with a new spring and spring guide. Also, I'm having some trouble with my hop-up, when I cock my rifle and that hop-up is off, the BB rolls down the barrel, but when I turn it all the way up it doesn't do this. My FPS has also dropped drastically even with a new spring, piston, and guide. It dropped so much I think it is lower than the 280 FPS I got it with.

Man that sucks, I was hoping to never touch the hop-up until I get more experience. Does anyone know a thread about taking apart the hop-up, the SG's R700 barrel is tapered and It just won't come out. Do I have to unscrew every screw I see or what?
