Maybe there isn't any pin to drill out and you should just be able to take the cylinder head off by wraping electrical tape around the nozzel and taking a pair of plyiers to unscrew it.

I just got my Socom Gear m700 and my cylinder was the same way. The cylinder head is glued on i was able to get it off but it was hard.
