Hello there, I am from the Netherlands and I have been playing airsoft since 2020 and been wanting to get into the sniping game with a DMR based on a AR10/SR25.
Currently have some teching experience on my JG SIG551, since as expected it was needed haha. In general I love swiss guns and I still want to build a SIG 550-1 sniper if I have more experience with teching.

I love tinkering with stuff but still quite a newbie with teching but willing to learn

Finding a sig 55x in general is a hassle nowadays haha, like I had to turn to a JG one. Which so far is not bad at all for a JG, just had to reshim and now have to fix the airseal since that went poof lmao.

Understandable! I was in the midst of building an SG-550-1 when I took a break from Airsoft some years back. Might revisit it at some point

Thanks for the welcome! And Damn that looks amazing. Gas would probally be better in general with how long the barrel is haha

But in general long barrels aren't an issue with gas since the gas keeps expanding inside the barrel so there no need to match volumes with barrel lengths .

But who cares?!
If externals are accurate to the RS gun then it's fine by me!

Yeh that is true, it would be more of a wall hanger haha
