They have been testing it with a 600 fps rifle for 6 months. Ehh I would wrather spend $80 over almost $200 any day.

I dig it. I typically run a 400 fps set up tops, so this would serve my gun just fine. Another reason to pick up another 96.

Why do people say the Z-trig is unreliable? Both myself and one of the people on my team have had zero triggers in their high-powered rifles (550+ fps/.2) for 4-5 years and it has not failed at all, not even the little springs, or anything.

The cheapness is a plus, though.

Well there must have been a good few faulty ones sent out. Also it is more complicated in its function so logically more prone to break then the simplistic one. Also z triggers only work with laylax internals don't they?

Sorry for the double but my internet is really slow so modifying will take an hour. VamPyre - this comes included with gi's pe or whatever reinforced sear set, I'm sure. Thats a lot better then the well manufactured ones.

No one said the zero trigger is unreliable just very expensive. I would honestly get the zero trigger over this if i had the $200 laying around but that wont be happening anywhere in the near future. ;P

I'd recommend buying the one that Vampyre listed, I'm currently running one at about 600 FPS and it's working just fine. The sears are good quality, I can't imagine a circumstance in which they would fail on you. I really hate zero triggers, I don't trust them, hate the lack of a safety (for functional and aesthetic purposes), and find the pull to be stupidly light. At my current setup, the pull is perfect, not too light, but nothing too hard.

No one wathced the video I presume? They tested the new one with a 670fps gun for 6 months with nomsign of wear yet. Also it has upgraded sears and better quakity customer service. So yEah get either of them but the gi one is quality assured while the other is strong but there is still a chance of somethig bad happening.

I can only speak from my own experiences, but Airsoft GI does certainly not have "quality customer service." With the terrible experiences I've had, what they quality assure I'll take with a grain of salt. The sears really aren't anything to brag about, the ones that come with the trigger box are high quality, enough to stand up to plenty of abuse. It just seems like a waste of another $50 to me. If you want to buy the mechanism from a quality retailer, I think Airsoft Atlanta sells these now for around $25.

I've never had a problem with airsoftgi. In fact all my dealings with them have been grade A but to each there own.

Well when I get a trigger I'll probobly get the cheapest one cause I'd rarely use my gun at higher FPS's.
