I was browsing through evikes new arrivals when I saw this, a Vsr 10. The only reason it stood out too me was because of the tactical body, and the good fps out if the box (440). I know it's made by Well, and some of their other Vsr's aren't 100% compatible, which this one isn't. Evike says, "Angel Compatibility: The Marui L96 system uses VSR-10 piston sear, hopup bucking and inner barrel. It does have it's own specification spring, hopup chamber, cylinder head, piston, spring guide, and trigger sear. Please look for the Marui L96 System parts for upgrade purpose." This makes it sound like it uses Vsr sears, buckings, and barrels, but almost everything else is l96 compatible. The only con I foresee is the small cylinder size. Some pros are that the body is polymer (better than JGs plastic body's), it has a metal barrel, uses an extended mag (for looks, and servers a good purpose), has a folding stock, and it should be 100% upgradable. Not to meantion the awesome look it has.

I'd stay clear of any rifle with a feeding ramp system. Easier to make a mock magazine if you need the looks than to deal with all those problems with feeding ramps.

And it's not that new. I've seen these models on WGC about a year ago.

But you're right, it does look kinda interesting. Anyone know if it's based on realsteel?

Front end looks similar to a copy of the JP Precision bolt action chassis but chassis like these have many variations.
