Hello!
I am working on my new 90° trigger. Here is photo of the older model:

New model will be alot better than other triggers on the market because, in the first place you will get more fps with it, and in the second place there is only one spring and 6 metal parts.

How it looks for now

Looks sturdy.

The phrase "you will get more fps with it" sounds weird, maybe you are implying the using of stronger spring which this will be able to hold well or is it something else im totally ignoring?

Awesome that we get even more people to create custom parts, keep up the good work, i would suggest looking up the S-Trigger by Spriger, you could get good inspiration from it :).

So where on your trigger system will the sear and spring guide stopper be? I may be interested in one. Potential

You may need to explain or show us in a diagram how it will increase the FPS.
With spring compression you will need to measure the spring wire and then multiply it by the amount of coils. This will tell you how much a spring can be compressed. - Maybe with a normal trigger the spring is already fully compressed.

On traditional triggers the sear pivots around the pin. When the piston goes backward the sear must lean so much that it comes out of the cylinder and after the piston ctatch passes the sear, sear flicks back in vertical position. So piston has few milimeters of space to move forward. I designed it so that piston stops just 1mm from spring guide (it is hard to tell :)) i don't want to show you blueprints of the final shape for now because it is possible that someone will copy it

Yeah, someone should , like my picture ;-)

So you're increasing FPS by moving the piston catch farther back so that the piston will have more distance over which to accelerate before leaving the ported portion of the cylinder and beginning to accelerate the bb. Sounds like a neat project, and that prototype looks rock solid.

Slightly off topic, but I've wondered before about using this idea to build a trigger mech with two separate piston catches at different distances so that the rifle could shoot two different velocities depending on how far back you pulled the bolt. That way you could have a rifle shooting 500 fps (the second catch) for typical long range engagements, but which could also be short stroked to shoot maybe 300-400 (the first catch) to take shots which would normally be within your MED.

Of course it's unlikely that a big field would allow this since it would be virtually impossible to police but for friendly games with friends it could be a sweet set up.

Yes you understand it right. I really like your idea about two different velocities with that same trigger but whitout receiver modification it is impossible. However you gave me something to think about for future version. Today i will get chrono so expect some velocities comparison between traditional trigger and my new trigger.

Your best bet is to name it something that describes what the trigger does. This will automatically let people know that it is an extra ordinary trigger as soon as they see the title. If you just give it any old name like "Xtrigger", that does not describe it, then people will be less likely to investigate it.
I know that you can come up with a better name than this but it will give you an idea. So something like "Extra Power Trigger"
I know that name needs improving but it gives you can idea. You can work on it :)

Just my two sense, as soon as you send out your first models, people on this forum will be opening them up to see how they chooch. Then pictures will be posted, and your whole secrecy thing goes out the window. Unless you are planning on copyrighting the design in the distant future, you should just release pictures of the mechanism now. Just the mechanism mind you, not dimensions or CAD files. There are only a handful of people on here with the metalworking prowess to copy such a design, and all of them have good moral compasses. You might get more potential buyers (such as myself) if we could actually see the innards.

Hey florjan what would be the price if your trigger unit,I live near you in Croatian do I'd be interested in buying it?

So my triggers are finnaly made and ready to sell. I have 8 unit avalible so if anyone interested contact me here or visit my website: http://flokipoki.wixsite.com/bulltrigger
So to quickly introduce you my trigger it is basically 90° trigger with reinvented locking system that allows for greater spring compression and higher velocity. It also has really durable construction with nice design and safety function. Here is also a review from my friend that test it for me, here is his review: http://www.airsoftsniperforum.com/3...es-parts-reviews/21401-90-degree-vsr-trigger-review-bulltrigg-made-florjan.html
