I was thinking a new chamber + rubber, then TBB. I was debating on when I would need a new cylinder head. Would that help in the smoothness of re-racking the bolt? Right now its quite stiff compared to when the stock internals are in it.

I would actually keep the stock chamber, rubber, and polish the stock barrel and put it back in since it's a Marui. They are known for awesome stock hop-ups.

I'd go for a trigger if you're wanting to up the FPS any more than it already is. Definitely get some barrel spacers also (I'd make my own).

Well the barrel and hop up is where most of your accuracy should come from. So if you want to improve that then I'd suggest getting them first.
but, like Wesley said, make your own barrel spacers (this stops vibrations in the barrel) and you could probably try some other modifications.

How much fps you're shooting?
If you're over 500 then I'd suggest to install the 9ball hard bucking, don't change anything else.
As MiloXC3 said make some barrel spacers.

See how the rifle go and then if you're not happy change the hop up chamber and barrel.

Currently I'm sitting at ~450 fps. I'm running .30 washed bbs. Based on what other people have been telling me I'm going to try .40s in it. Is there a thread on DIY spacers you guys could share? I'll probably get a new barrel. It will most likely be a 6.03 pdi. One last thing.. is there a place I can order stock Marui parts? I lost one of the plastic parts that are there when you pull the chamber out. Everyone says careful of the springs, I have those just not one of the plastic parts. I think that is what is causing my firing issue Anyways, thanks a lot guys

6.03 PDI is a great choice. It will increase your fps a bit too.

You can also make a full barrel wax spacer, although it's a bit tedious. You need the make a spacer that won't leak and put that towards your hop-up unit, wrap the inner barrel in teflon, and then begin to pour melted wax inside the outer barrel. Make sure to pour a little, and then screw the barrel cap on to make sure the inner barrel is centered, and let the wax cool and then repeat the process. I learned this from some guy on youtube; here's a link of him doing it:

I'm fairly sure that 9ball buckings won't fit in the TM L96. They're too thick

I haven't seen up close Tm L96 internals but TM uses the same bucking on most of their guns, the 9ball fits perfect on their pistols and VSR's.

The guy is saying to wrap the inner barrel in teflon tape and it will allow you to slide it out when needed. I haven't actually tried this yet though; I was going to a long time ago, but ended up buying a G&G Heavy Barrel for my KJW. It seems like it may work, you may want to just wrap a section in teflon tape, and pour some way over it and let it dry to make sure that it will slide out.

It's all good man. Somebody else on this forum also recommended spraying the inner barrel with some WD-40 and then spraying some expandable foam in the outer barrel. It seems like it would be easier to remove if needed, but little pieces might flake off into the barrel.

If you do the wax mod, just make sure that you have the other end sealed up by the hop chamber. As you don't want that wax to go into the chamber, and also go slow. Do it in little bits so you are sure that you have the barrel exactly in the center.

I honestly say keep the stock inner barrel..... the one on my rifle was wonderful.

As far as the FPS... keep it where it is at. That way you don't have to worry about an MED

Though if you do want to push the fps as high as you can, look at the Mark Man Craft trigger set. It will come with the trigger, as well as the cylinder parts. This is what I had in my rifle ( $240 that with shipping from Taiwan ) The parts are made extremely well, and they work great.
