If you do the wax mod, just make sure that you have the other end sealed up by the hop chamber. As you don't want that wax to go into the chamber, and also go slow. Do it in little bits so you are sure that you have the barrel exactly in the center.
I honestly say keep the stock inner barrel..... the one on my rifle was wonderful.
As far as the FPS... keep it where it is at. That way you don't have to worry about an MED
Though if you do want to push the fps as high as you can, look at the Mark Man Craft trigger set. It will come with the trigger, as well as the cylinder parts. This is what I had in my rifle ( $240 that with shipping from Taiwan ) The parts are made extremely well, and they work great.
