Too bad that isn't an l96 body (at least I don't think it is). The stock looks completely different and the bolt and housing are more of an M700 style.

It's a sako trg-42 with the folding stock. Used by Finnish defense forces and manufactured in Finland. Pretty neat rifle but the bad thing is we sold the Sako to the Beretta =(.

But the L96 stock is the closest in design that I have found to use as the base platform to build from. It will take some major fiberglass and cutting but I still want to give it a try... and thanks for answering the folding stock question. I thought it looked like it folded...

Found a comparison picture of the solid stock compared to the L96 doesn't look like it would be super hard to do....

That would be a really easy build to be honest.

Harder than it looks, but still Possible. Ive seen a guy build this gun from scratch. with VSR tech- inside. Mags, trigger assemblies were made by himself.

Looks like he started with a TM L96, judging by the mag... But then again it could be a faux mag.

It's a Realsteel mag converted into fitting the gun. It holds the BB's and they are transported through a tube inside the stock to the hopup chamber.

The folding stock wouldn't be to hard to make... Just a little bit of machining and you are good to go.
