I use a WD-40 specialist high performance silicone lubricant its got a spray and a small nozzle if you go to your loacal harware store you may find it.Its a 400ml at a price of £12 and is safe for use on metals,plastics,rubber and wood.I have found it handy so far.:tup::tup::tup:
