I am getting like 8 shots good with little curve at 200 feet, but! One out of like 10 is flying literally 50 feet out and curving WAY up.
Any idea? I've lowered the hop-up and all that good stuff.
I am using PDI Hop-up Chamber
PDI High Arms
PDI Bucking
Promthesus 590mm Tightbore
I am using .4/.43g Madbull BBs.

Shim your hop-up arm? Or w/e it is in a Maruzen. Or maybe your nozel isn't pushing the bb all the way in? Im just throwing ides out there.

If I understood how to shim then, I would. But, as far as I can tell, those things don't move that much.

Common problem with PDI systems.

Take out the barrel/hop up.

Put your bucking in some warm soapy water and let it sit while you finish cleaning the hopup.

Get some Q-tips and get all the excess oil and residue out of the inside of the hop up chamber and off the arms.

Rinse the bucking and let dry.

Reinstall everything.

Walah, Your problem should be fixed.

However, lube the place where the arms rub together with white lithium grease. Almost everyone up here that has the PDI kit has had this problem, and this fixed it. Also, make sure to clean your bucking really well, I wrote a guide on it here.
