Yes, they come in two pieces. You might be able to fabricate one out of copper tubing, I think I have a link some where.....

the guide is in the quote, and the DIY barrel is the first part

Not great, but better than spend $200+ on an OB and receiver.
Actually, it is an inner barrel, and outer barrel, unless I am misunderstanding you, and you are talking about only the outer barrel...

Before fuzzywolly gets on you, go make an intro post. He'll be happier that way. ;)
yeah, the bull barrel base runs from the receiver out to the hop-up chamber and the bull barrel runs the rest of the length. I believe that the PDI receiver is made to work with PDI internals, but I might be mistaken.
Cowboy, watch the language. No need to throw around the F-bomb like that.

I am going to put that in my sig...

For the record, it does indeed, make me very happy.

Sweet!! That's what I was thinkin...just wasn't 100% sure
no problem, the bull barrel base ends immediately after the hop-up chamber if you want a slightly better visualisation, I unfortunately can't get a picture as I'm back at school
Pics would be great man, as I am thinking about getting a set as well for my rifle build.

Now just to find a suppressor that is 1.5 inches in diameter......
I have the King Arms/Spartan Doctrine 335mm silencer and it's about 1cm larger in diameter. I'll see if I can pull up some pictures from the previous owner.

That silencer would be over a foot long are you sure its that big?
Wow that thing is huge.
Do you even need an inner barrel with that thing?!?!

You could just reach out and touch someone with it.
Yeah, when I first got it and the rifle it's on, I tried going around the corner in my room with it shouldered, no way. If you like to transition into an urban setting to snipe, don't get this barrel setup.

Those are the best images I have of the rifle with that extension, the PDI Tornado barrel and Bull Barrel Base, they're from the previous owner.
Well one good thing about it.....

If you break your leg on the field, you have a crutch to use ;)

When the previous owner first put up pictures in another forum he made the joke that it was no longer a rifle, it was his walking stick, feeling how sturdy it is, you could probably use it as such as well.

You can kind of see in one of those pictures the juncture of the two parts at the end of the stock. Just imagine where the hop-up chamber is in a VSR rifle, the bull barrel base ends at the downrange end of that.
