Hi Everyone!

This is my first post here as I am a new member here and I'm hoping someone here can answer a question for me that I can't seem to find the answer to myself.

I built a JG BAR-10 a few years back when I was younger (AKA my brother told me what to buy and did it for me) and the rifle just kinda sat in storage for a long time with minimal use. I've since gotten back into airsoft sniping and actually play enough now to want to continue my build.

I know I bought a PDI Raven cylinder kit and I believe the whole kit including piston, spring and spring guide are in it still. I'm looking to upgrade the whole works besides the cylinder itself. Are there any compatibility issues with say a Lylax piston being in a Raven cylinder? I once upon a time heard someone say the Raven cylinder actually had a slightly larger inside diameter. I don't know how true that is but I thought I'd find an answer before upgrading.

Also, are there any fitment issues with the Raven cylinder head and an AA chamber?

As for the piston, AirsoftPro or a Lambda would be closer to the right size as they both have around the same size cylinders.
As for the slightly larger inner diameter, that is actually not the case, its smaller, I think it is 21.9mm instead of 22.45 for an Action Army or Tokyo Marui one.
And for the cylinder head working with the Action Army chamber, I don't see what could go wrong and even if something happened it could probably be fixed easily.

EdGi pistons will work for PDI standard cylinders, but not for PDI Bore Up cylinders. An EdGi SAP piston is probably your best off the shelf piston.

This makes a lot more sense, thank you! Any suggestions on any particular Lambda or Airsoft pro piston?
