So, I tried installing my PDI VSR-10 v-trigger today and well the sears will not engage while it is screwed down. Yet while I hold it with pressure the sears will engage and I can successfully cock the bolt. Any answers to why this is happening when the screws are added?
Also everything in the VSR is PDI except the cylinder and cylinder head.

Don't torque them so much, especially the ones that hold the spring guide stopper. You want them tight enough so they won't back out, but not much more than that.

No compression where? Start with the cylinder and then do the barrel. Is the cylinder head wrapped in teflon tape? Try using the original o ring around the new pistol - the ones that come with the Laylax cylinders suck - way too big. Might be the same with the PDi.
