How will have better outcome!
I've only seen one ported inner barrel and that was on the latest PDI M24 Raven 2011 and it was for "silent" shooting (http://www.x-fire.org/m24/e.m24_raven2011.html) which was not for sale.
RS guns use ports/compensators to reduce the vertical movent of the gun when shooting. I can't see how this will help, especially with accuracy.
