My 5.1 Gold Match was finally due for a new slide. I'm not sure if I want to add my mag well back on or put on the top rail.

Unfortunately they don't sell chrome or full silver hammers.
And to have that chromed by me is too much of a process

It nice as is now.
It was pain to making work. I mixed way too many parts from various guns.
The slide is from hi capa and lower is a 1911..
Bbu is from hi capa hop up and barrel from 1911..
Lower internals also there's a mix of 1911 and Hi capa parts but it worked in the end.

I always wanted a strait barrel SVI..!
But I'd prefer an older style slide.. Not the 2014 Top Shot slide I'm using now.
It came out nicely tho... Definitely a keeper..

Outer barrel is Ratech TiN coated.. All controls are Nova.

Yeap!! The hammer issue is weird indeed ... In the meantime..
